Breezeways Air Conditioning & Heating

They are an extremely unethical company. I signed a contract with them in April that they have not honored. I spoke to the owner on 11/08/21 who refused to refund me my money, so I had to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Breezeways no showed to their appointment at my house on 11/4/21, after I got a confirmation text and email the day before. When I called to find out why, I was told someone had COVID and everyone had to be tested. Both the person I spoke to on 11/4/21 and the owner I spoke to on 11/8/21 rudely asked me if I wanted someone to come to my house who had COVID. I explained that there was no reason I couldn't have gotten an email or a text letting me know the appointment was cancelled, just like I had gotten an email and text the day before confirming the appointment. Neither the person I spoke to on 11/4/21 or the owner I spoke to on 11/8/21 could provide an explanation of why I could not receive a call or a text letting me know the appointment had been cancelled. Instead I took the morning of 11/4/21 off work and waited all morning until it was past my appointment window, and then called to find out what was going on. It's no wonder the person I spoke that day was rude and unhelpful, as the owner I spoke to on 11/08/21 was also rude and unhelpful. He just wants to take your money and doesn't care about providing decent service. The owner also lied and said I have received service on this contract which is 100% not true. I signed the contract after my Spring service in April, and this would have been my first time receiving service on this contract. The owner is continuing to lie by saying in his response to the complaint I filed that Breezeways is dedicated to the contract, but when I spoke to him on 11/08/21, he told me to find a company that "better fit my needs." Per the contract, I am supposed to be a "priority customer", but clearly Breezeways is not honoring that part of the contract either. In addition, the owner also lied and said I refused to re-schedule the appointment, when in fact no one called me and I had to call Breezeways to find out what was going on and was met with excuses and rudeness. Breezeways is currently in breach of their contract with me.
