The scupper drain pans were set lower then the scupper drain it's self when the home was first built which allowed water to pond up and not drain out. We built up the low ponding area then applied two full coats of siliconized elastomeric roof coating

This area was in serious need of a roof coating and the prior coating job by someone else was applied very thin and actually washed off when we pressure washed the area. We only use a very high quality product that we have seen with our own eyes that's proven to hold up to the harsh AZ climate and goes on very thick. It is a siliconized elastomeric that we roll on (We never use paint sprayers due to the coating that goes through the sprayers are way too thin and do not hold up to the standards of a good roof coating).

We got a call about a leak in this mobile home we got on the roof and found the cause of the leak within minutes then patched it and washed off the roof since there was a storm coming in later in the day, the next day we came back and applied two full coats then when another storm came in the following day there was no chance of a leak
