  | Outdoor tankless water heater | Apr 2020 | Removed a 30 gal tank style electric water heater that was installed under a stairwell on the main floor of log home. Clients were worried about the damage that could be done to the home if the appliance failed based on where it was located in the home. Modified the hot and cold water supply lines upon installing the outdoor water heater. A new gas line had to be installed to accommodate the new heater.
