Circle K Construction promised me a sidewalk tear-out and replacement that NEVER HAPPENED. They processed my credit card for the full amount and have NOT REFUNDED IT, despite their many promises to do so. I've been dealing with this for over 3 months. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
