The waterfall to our pool went out, and the technician they tasked to repair it was terminated halfway through the process. We continued to call and text for SIX WEEKS, and no one got back with us. Finally, I had to stop the pool cleaner outside and ask him to contact his brother in law and father, the owners of the company. One of the owners, Danny Badley, told me he would be out that night to look at the waterfall. He never showed up, and never even bothered to call and explain why. So we try for another few days to contact Danny, to which he finally said he would be out the following Tuesday to repair it. Once again, he never showed up. So as of now, our waterfall has been out for over TWO MONTHS, and this company keeps giving us the run-around but won’t bother to simply fix the issue they started working on. I have NEVER dealt with such extreme unprofessionalism and lack of integrity from any other company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie, rip you off, and never contact you back…yet still keep sending you bills.
