Mr. Quiroz is not honest and performs poor quality of work. After hiring him and having numerous issues, we learned that he has been successfully sued for breach of contract before . We had to fire him when he showed up with water damaged, moldy trim that he intended to put inside our home. His unfinished work and damage to our property costs us several thousand dollars.
