Logan provided excellent service. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He saved us a lot of money because we thought we needed a water heater replacement. We appreciate his integrity and the great customer service skills that he provided.

Needed a gas line Installed for new gas range. Time frame was very small. Chad came out for quote same day as called despite being very busy with broken and frozen water lines repairs. He was right on time as promised. I was pleased with electronic notification of appointment and notification when he was enroute to my home. He was very professional and friendly and made sure all questions were answered and that I had quote before he left. His quote for the job was half of one other quote and one third of a second one, unbelievable. Day of instalion went great. Installers were running a few minutes behind but called to let me know. They were professional and very friendly and completed the work as expected and in less time as quoted. I'm in the middle of a remodel , I only wish that the rest of my project could go so well and that the contractors communicated and were as professional and friendly as the guys of One Way have been. This was a definite perfect choice for my plumbing needs. I will call them first for any needs in the future and will refer them to anyone who asks! Thanks Chad and the staff of One Way plumbing!
