On time and on target. I needed a gas dryer safely (and quickly) disconnected and capped so that I could receive delivery and installation of a new [electric] dryer. CSM promptly returned my call the next morning and scheduled a visit that worked with my timeline. The CSM technician called before he arrived (to confirm address, work etc...), was prompt and made short work of the disconnection/capping. I believe he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I'm exceptionally please with CSM's service and responsiveness, and have shared this company's information with my neighbors.
