I have dealt with Ron twice due to being involved with a home warranty company. He is pretty rude and unprofessional. If you ask any questions he will talk down to you and say he has been doing this for 30 years... Now that I no longer use the home warranty company, I will gladly take my business to an AC company that respects their customers.
