A liar and a cheat this guy will use materials like wood dimensions smaller than what the blueprint requires I only found this out because friend who is a engineer looked over the blueprints and pointed it out to. I waited a day to see if this guy would give me a explanation for why he used a smaller cheaper wood and I didn't get anything not one word fit why he changed it. So I called him out on it. He had the look on his face, like damn then goes on to lie and say it didn't make a difference so I asked and I told him that was my call to make not his. Then I said that means you must return the difference of cost back to me. Then he gets silent with guilt all in his face. Bottom Line this guy is nightmare.

This guy is the worst contractor i've ever dealt with he's a liar and a cheat. He thinks you don't have the right to ask questions about what he's doing or what you don't like and let's not forget your the one paying him. He doesn't know how to read blueprints how I know this is he built my structure over 2 1/2ft short. This guy failed every inspection the city evaluated this so called contractor is so incompetent it is beyond any words I can truly describe with. My 20ft X 16ft bathroom here was suppose to build its not even finished that's right he abandoned the project leaving myself and my wife having to get other people do finish this building that he abandoned. Not to mention this is our business and this dude has and is costing us money by the day. WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY FOR NOTHING. HE IS A RIP OFF AND A BLATANT LIAR. NOT TO MENTION HE CAN'T TAKE ANY TYPE OF CRITICISM.
