Remodeling/Restoration New Additions/Construction Handyman Residential & Commercial Veteran-owned Oklahoma small business with over 20 years in the construction industry. Our business is founded on honesty and integrity. These may be common terms these days, but we mean what we say. The reputation of the Berumen family name is at stake and that is something we take seriously. It is important that our customers are the most satisfied in the area! I am also a recent graduate of the Home Inspector Course at the Moore Norman Technology Center and will be taking my Home Inspector licensing exam after the holidays. This technical knowledge can only make me better at serving our community! Room remodeling and additions are what we enjoy doing most, but we also like the honey do's for their variety. These types of projects often require a bit of creativity to complete and we look forward to solving them. I believe my many years spent living in third world countries and knowledge of various materials used in the construction/remodeling industry enable me to find the best solutions for these types of projects. One of my true passions within the industry are the old structures (those built before around 1930). The craftsmanship is often fantastic given the materials and tools of the time. I enjoy trying to replicate and restore what those generations built! I also have a passion for home security. Not just alarm systems, but total home security. I can provide consultation on everything from fencing to landscape placement to door and window security to safe rooms and hidden compartments. No project is too small or needs to be too discreet! For an accurate quote we typically need to know as many details about the project as possible. Sometimes this can be done over the phone, but often requires an estimate to be completed in person. We clean as we go and make sure that the work area looks better than we found it when we leave.

Williamson | Oct 2014 | Multi-phase exterior painting and tuckpointing project. - All painting was accomplished by careful preperation of the surface, repair trim and siding as needed, caulk, and paint using BRUSHES and ROLLERS. This provides far superior protection from the always interesting Oklahoma weather. -Previous owners of the residence attempted to address the tuckpointing needs of the chimney using a mortar mix containing portland cement. This caused undue stress on the surrounding bricks. - Old, improper mortar was removed by hand with a hammer and chisel, then replaced with mortar that closely resembles the original construction. | $10k | Oklahoma City, OK | |
