This construction company used to be called Knox construction company they have ripped off a lot of people. Look up Cheryl Thibodeau of Henderson Texas. That was the owner of Knox construction. Now she’s affiliated with other construction companies using her new boyfriends name please beware and do your research look at the other review on here I know those people they stole over $200,000 from them

I would NOT recommend this company. In December we signed a Stipulated Sum contract which requires the builder Knox Construction services to build our home in accordance with the plans/specifications for a set price. Knox has left the property weeks ago, and will not return as we demanded to complete the project, they also won't communicate with us. Before leaving our family; a purple heart vet, wife, and three children, with an empty shell for a house, Knox demanded payments upfront and received hundreds of thousands of dollars to date, she became a trustee of our money under the Texas Trust Fund Statute, which is also a breach of the contract, in addition to the extreme delays in completing the project. They stated that they would rent a warehouse and store materials to save us from inflation. We later discovered and confirmed with Knox that no warehouse and no materials existed and the money was said to be gone. Prior to leaving our house, she said she had deposits out for electricity and plumbing, around $70K. This money has not been returned to us along with thousands of dollars worth of fans. They won't send receipts for work and costs sheets as requested many times. We have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars by working with this company and left broken wondering how on earth anyone could do this to another human being. I regret every check I wrote to them as I felt pressured to do so and believing every promise that was made to us. Today we are in a home with an expired lease and my husband is driving 20 hours per week since the kids started school and we live an hour away.
