If you are looking to do work with this company please review your contract in full .If you hire them solely for the purpose of water mitigation they will attempt to charge you for overhead and profit which goes to the general contractor which they may not be. I hired a general contractor and Averys wants O&P as well. They were not hired as anything more than water mitigation.There were many items on the invoice that are items not completed. When I tried to discuss those items with John March he refused to discuss them and told to call the man that he subcontracted the job to, He refused to discuss it with me even though it was his company invoice and indicated that he would block me from his phone and any further contact. His company then proceeded to attempt to collect payment for the invoice with all the items that are in dispute to my insurance company and demand payment although he and his company have been advised several times of he items in dispute and that he is not and never was the general contractor on the job. There was damage to my marble flooring that they also refused to rectify. I highly suggest going with a company that will not nickel and dime you or add charges for work not completed.
