The reason why Jay is being given a 1 generous star is because 1. He charged me by the hour $65 and any opportunity he could he took to sit on the clock,he did. Whether to be on the phone, texting and whatever else. 2. When I bought the materials needed for this project, he stole a box of drywall screws and compound pail. 3. the drywall wasn’t professionally done it looks sloppy 4. Tried to quote me 6 hours for 4 hours worth of work. Never again will I be using him for his services. He obviously has been getting away with this unprofessional behavior for way too long.

Jay was very professional and courteous. He was thorough and fair while he was helping take care of our roofing issues. I would and will use him again on our projects.
