SKV Construction

I asked Stan from SKV construction to do two projects on my house. One was to patch part of the outside concrete on my foundation and the second one was to fix part of my basement's foundation that had a minor leak (still wanted it fixed). Well for one the outside work cracked a day after his repair job so I called to ask him to fix it again to which he obliged. The second is when spring came back around this year around again I noticed it leaking again. So I called to ask why was it leaking again less than a year later when I paid him to fix it? He boldly claimed he never did the work in the first place. When I showed him the email correspondence of him agreeing to do the work and my before and after pictures he still held his ground falsifying his story saying he never even went in the house because I had a dog (see attached photos as proof!). I have never owned a dog. I proceeded to ask him what did the $900 work pay for and he claimed it was for minor outside minor concrete patchwork he completed (twice). I have a witness that he tried to patch the basement leak, the email where he agreed to do it, photographic proof of before and after his work, what more? Stan keeps changing his story as to why he didn't do the work, complete lack of integrity. If he tries to respond to this review manufacturing a different story stating how I hired a foundation repairman to not fix a leak in my basement (for some reason), rather asking for a "cosmetic" fix which would continue to leak water into my basement please do not believe him, I have photographic proof of our email correspondence stating I wanted a fix of the leak (which is kind of the purpose of hiring and paying a foundation repairman). Moral of the story is if you want an untrustworthy, shoddy job that's just going to need to be replaced a year later by a real professional, hire Stan from SKV Construction who does not stand by his work.
