My name is Joe Ohlandt and I am the owner of Fine Home Renovations. I spent my life as an electrician and have been involved in all aspects of construction of everything from power plants to offices and industrial sites to homes. I started my self employed career in 1982, building an electrical contracting business catering to industrial and commercial companies. Over time the number of industries and large commercial companies has dwindled, so I started home repairs and remodeling in 1999. Today, Fine Home Renovations is not the biggest company in this field, nor do I want it to be. I provide individualized service to all my clients by understanding what they want to accomplish, their ideas and spend time discussing past experience with them to help them not make mistakes they will regret down the road and make their project turn out better than they thought possible. Unlike most contractors today, we live up to our slogan, Excellent Work - Clean Results. We always do the best job possible and when the project is complete it is left clean, you never have to clean up after us.
