DO NOT LET RODNEY INTO YOUR HOME. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE RATING. Rodney Crow was a terrible contractor. He ruined $4000 of carpet and installed an entire lvp floor poorly (visually) and incorrectly voiding the warranty. He worked while we were away and we returned to find our home wide open - not unlocked... open. He damaged the materials we purchased and caused damage to existing conditions. He damaged and removed millwork from our property, our doors and trim, and cut the internet cable running under our home. He also stole 3 of our thermos mugs. He didn't return our house keys so we had to get the entire house re-keyed for $500. I could go on for hours about all of the ways he failed this project and fully admit that I was a suckered because I felt sorry for him. Do not be fooled. He is a schiester. I would love to take him to small claims court, but not sure I have the time. I wish I would've read the review here first.

Rodney Crow lied about the price of the project. Call he didn’t come on site to see if the project was possible didn’t do an inspection. When he came to do the project he required $500 cash before he started the project. Then as he’s doing the project he runs into a septic system. He wanted to just continue and said that if it was OK it’s fine. I spoke to a septic professional they said that there should be no fencing near the area. Not only should the fencing not be near the septic system but he also conveniently didn’t include a gate in the fencing project. Rodney said that I asked for offense only. But that is not the case. I asked for fencing which every time I’ve ordered that in the past includes a gate. The project had to stop paid 700 for materials. Then all of a sudden he wants $1000 in total for the labor. Which now the project comes to $1700. He collects $500 at the beginning of the project, the project can’t continue he has holes everywhere in the ground and now the project is a bust. So now and I have to return the materials myself first I paid $700 but I can only get $400 and change back. So I’m out 300 about $250 there and he kept my $500 so now that’s about $750 and the project is not even going to happen and I’m paying $750. Steer clear of Rodney especially because when he talks he sounds like he’s drunkI will be taking him to small claims court and reporting him to the Washington state licensing of contractors the good part is is that he has a license and I can file a formal complaint with the state and it will go against his license
