We live in a condo. We have a unit above us with a shared drain. Over the weekend, the drain pipe backed up and being on the first fkoor...eveeything backed up via our kitchen sink. Our management company called JEM. Ryan was the plumber that was dispatched and he WAS OUTSTANDING! He callwd when he was eneoute..arrived on time...and patiently and accurately diagnosed..and solved thee problem! In over forty years of homw ownership, I have never dealt with a more professional; or nicer service pro! Kudos to Ryan...and double kudos to JEM for hiring him! I would also be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Angie in the office fir her pre-appointment communication! Highly recommend this company!!
