Peak remodeled our upstairs bathroom and did a wonderful job. He and his team did what they said they would do and then some. Most notable is they finished on time and showed up for work on time. We are pleased and would use them again.

No stars at all! My husband and I hired Mike to remodel our guest bathroom and it has turned out to be a nightmare! We’d had a couple other “Contractors” in before him that did not work out. Mike was specifically told (which is also stated in our contract that he would fix the drain) that the drain needs to be looked at before they begin just to make sure nothing was clogging the inside because of contractor before him that did demolition. They gave us several issues along the way but once they finally got everything put in, Mike turned on the shower and the drain was backing up. He didn’t make it seem like it would be a big deal and just stated that he would have his plumber come and check it out, so we went ahead and paid him the remaining balance. His plumber was unable to get any of his snakes down our drain because of whatever it was running into and so Mike came back out with a camera to look down the drain and could not see anything due to the water backed up so he said he would come back with a vacuum to fit down the drain and suck up some of the water so his camera could get down there. Since that day he has not returned any of our calls and we have not heard from him at all. Now our flooring may have to be jackhammered and destroyed to get into the drain which is going to ruin the remodel that we just paid $6000 for (which was definitely not even worth that as you can see in the photos). In the middle of the project We even had to have them tear down the subway tile on one side of the shower they had just put up because the pattern did not match the rest of the shower. If you’re a professional contractor, wouldn’t you know the patterns for subway tile? Well Mike thought it looked good and didn’t think it was a problem for one wall of the shower to have a different subway tile pattern than the others. It’s very hard to find an honest and trustworthy Contractor that even knows what they are doing. This is not the place to look for one. I can promise that! I hope this is helpful.
