Alex was the contractor for two large projects at our house. We added on a large family room with cathedral ceiling, glass on 3 sides as well as skylights. The second project was waterproofing the house (has a full basement) and putting on a new roof. Alex uses crews and companies he has known and worked with for years. Each crew has expertise and skills for each aspect of the project. It includes an Amish carpenter crew, an electrical company, a waterproofing company, a roofing company, painters, and an HVAC specialist. These are all craftsmen he has confidence in used on many projects in the past. The quality of work was excellent. He is on site every day monitoring the work and making sure it is done right.
