Hired Platinum Sevices to do some basic repairs on my home.. I'm highly dissatisfied! The man who runs this company is completely unprofessional. He left projects at my home unfinished and still broken. I made several appointments with him so he could finish what he started and he was a no show. I paid in full and got 20 percent of the work done. If I could give 0 stars I would. Find yourself a real handyman.. Do Not Trust this so called company.

This company was sent via my Home Warranty Insurance. CLASSIC INSURANCE FRAUD COMPANY! If this happens, know this company could care less, inexperienced, and inept. They said they could come by without someone being there... and since no one was there, they took pictures and closed the work order. They didn't do anything. This appointment also took two weeks to get. I am forced by my Insurance company to use them for a follow up, which I'm not expecting much based on the reviews here. Looks like a useless company who will do anything the insurance people want for not performing any type of service ... not sure how much they get from these companies, but it's a sweet deal for them. UPDATE: They came back, lied to my insurance company and they denied my claim. I am now going to get a second opinion, send it to my insurance company so they can send a different company... this is all to replace three pool valves (parts cost $100). RUN FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOUR INSURANCE WANTS TO SEND THEM!

The service was excellent employee was professional and attentive to my electrical problem would definitely recommend this company to whoever needs any electrical assistance!
