Landmark PSI

LandMark is the worst company to do home projects with they dont know how to write a bid thats right, I was bided 4,478 for just labor in bath room only the wet area of bathroom. I would buy all Materils could not get a hold of Tod Stevens he was out on job, out of office ,sick ect could not get a answer on overbid after i had parts at my house. I got the job done for only labor for 2,400 dollars. LandMark bid was 2,078 more to do the same job. I would not use landmark for NOTHING"""" HOME DEPOT should stop useing them . Telling home depot the same thing high price , Bad Managment """"""" they gave me a run around for over 5 weeks .
