Dream Design Construct is a Los Angeles based design firm specializing in residential and commercial drafting, designs and permit processing for additions and remodels. Founded in 2010 as a two person team, Dream Design Construct has established itself as a leader in efficiency and professionalism. Despite the economic recession affecting the building sector, the firm was able to adapt to the weak economic conditions through its close and personal relationships it maintains with its customers. Today the firm has been growing its business and its team, maintaining its level of professionalism, attention to detail, and personable relationships with its clients. Our mission is to bring your dream to life through a collaborative inclusionary design process based around constant open communication and an intimate understanding of your needs and requirements. The home was meticulously engineered and redesigned to accommodate for an addition, a more open kitchen, a small studio area, bathrooms, and a rear deck.   | Hollywood Spanish Contemporary Remodel | Jan 2014 | Built in 1921, this Spanish Style home needed an update to tastefully bring some of its elements to the 21st century but without losing its old world Spanish charm. DDC collaborated with the interior designer, La Kaza, to redesign this home into Spanish Contemporary. The original home had 3 bedrooms and one bathroom; DDC redesigned the floor plan to accommodate for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior layout was also redesigned to include a spacious kitchen that opens up into the dining hall, a more open and inviting living area, and naturally lit interiors throughout the home through the use of skylights. The backyard features a stunning uncovered deck that hugs the left side of the home and provides a relaxing outdoor space to entertain guests.
