Floor Coverings International

I am writing this review for my Aunt that lives and owns a B and B in Carlton, Oregon. My poor Aunt is so upset and so frustrated that she cannot even write this review, but I am more than willing to, so that I can warn all those that are potentially considering hiring this scam of a company for their flooring needs. They literally did nothing that was promised by them, EXCEPT they did put into place the financing for the job with Greensky Financial (Please look at their reviews also!), once they had secured my Aunt's signature for the financing of the job, they ran the total amount of credit through without doing the promised flooring in her home! They had a young man at the home the first 2 weeks on and off doing small sections of sanding, and then he disappeared, they never called back to find someone else to finish the job that they had been paid in full for, and it has been a battle from that day forward. Greensky Financial and unscrupulous Contractors such as this company work hand in hand, and now my Aunt will have to file a complaint with the State Board of Contractors and hire an attorney to settle the charges that they ran up for work they NEVER did! Please heed all of the warnings on here to make sure that these people do not rip anymore innocent people off!
