These people have no regard for the law or the rights of their tenants. They do what they want! Including towing vehicles right out of tenants driveways! We have witnesses and photos! Because we would not pay fees that were illegally charged to us. Also if we had company they would tow their cars also! The minute our backs were turned. Many paid the illegal charges out of fear and STILL got towed.They made an agreement with my attorneys not to harass us any further on trying to enforce rules that were both illegal and not approved. The minute my lawyer closed the case they immediately broke the agreement and began attacking the residents with enforcement of these made up rules that only existed in the minds of Holt Homes. Charging us fines for rules they made up as they went along. This is a form of extortion. If we did not pay them off they took our vehicles, threatened to take our homes, Forced residents to get rid of their pets! Beware fellow citizens! I am the Chairman of the Tenants Committee at the Arbor Manufactured Home Park and a Charter member of O.S.T.A As well, I am also President of the Tenant Association here in the Park.
