Don't ask them to pick up leaves after they been raked or to trim or do anything that requires extra work. They will ignore you and then next time they come do a lousy job. They don't go out of their way to make you feel like they want your business. Very unprofessional. you will regret hiring them. very lazy and you can not tell they even did any work, Worst company ever in my 50 years hiring people.
