| Salmon Creek popcorn ceiling removal | Nov 2014 | First we covered floors and walls in thick plastic to protect from the debris. Then we removed all popcorn ceilings by wetting with water and scraping. Then we sanded to smooth out rough spots and even out the ceilings after scraping. After scraping and sanding, we primed the ceilings with an oil based stain blocking primer ( we use this product to block smells from old houses,smoking, etc.)using a paint sprayer.
