I can't say enough about the job Christopher McCormick and his asst did on my off white carpet. My husband has Stage four cancer. He was bleeding rectally. It literally looked like a murder had taken place in the bedroom. I knew the carpet was a goner. Yet the next day I gave Happy Home a call. Explained the situation and how really bad it was. Within an hour Chris's smiling face, a gift in hand as at my door Went right to work. I couldn't believe how clean the area they started on a minute before. It was done within 30 minutes. Cheerfully! No chemical smell just a fresh smell. I was in awe! The next day Chris called to check in with me. I told him there was just one light rust looking spot left. I would of have gratefully lived with this. Nope, Chris came right over. The spot was gone! Who does that in this day and age? I will never use another carpet cleaner. I even gave their number to our real estate agent! They sensed my distress and I'm sure schedule changes were made. Ask to see the before and after pictures. Carpet cleaning is not all they do. Mike Afflitto removed a defective ceiling fan and installed a new one in our MBR Wednesday. Mike arrived promptly at the agreed time, he came equipped with the right tools (ladder, screwdrivers, etc) and know-how to do the job. In about an hour he had the job done. His price was much better than what Lowe's wanted to charge for the same work. I highly recommend this courteous professional for any of your handyman jobs.
