Smitty's Home Services, LLC is a home maintenance company that provides its service to all of Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. We are a smaller local company with little overhead, which allows us to pass the savings on to our customers-without compromising the quality of workmanship. We have been providing exceptional home maintenance services at a reasonable price since my father started Smitty's back in 1973. We offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee-we won't leave until you are satisfied!   | Interior Painting Transformation | Oct 2014 | Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, great room, two hallways, a laundry room, and the Master suite was to be painted however, we had to first remove the wallpaper in two small bathrooms plus, the Master bathroom and we found unfinished areas (holes) under the wallpaper which had to be repaired. We also had to repair the drywall under window sills that had leaked through from the outside and caused damage. This was all before we could begin our prep work for painting!
