Independent Pool Inc. aka One Way Pool in Venice, FL is an unscrupulous unprofessional pool contractor. Allen Werner takes your $$$ and does not return phone calls, texts, promises a professional finished product within sixty days. Employees are three men well into their sixties. This company has no business doing any kind of contracting work. We are four months into pool construction and still have no equipment, electricity, lighting, etc.. No end in sight. We plan to bring fraud charges and take legal action on his dime. STAY AWAY FROM INDEPENDENT POOL AND ONE WAY POOL OR ANY COMPANY WERNER IS ASSOCIATED WITH‼‼‼

10 months and pool still not complete. Pavers had to relayed three times, pool never balanced, not sure what equipment works. Will not answer calls or emails.

One Way Pools aka Independent Pool Inc-- Buyer beware same company doing business under a new name. We gave them a deposit for a very simple small pool in April 2016. On the first day of inspection the pool did not pass because the plans did not match the pool. They have made two mistakes on the design of the pool. One was resolved and fixed and the other one was not resolved. We were told our pool would take 3 to 5 weeks. We just found out that we now have a lean on our house for one of the subcontractors. The most unprofessional, lying, mistake making, excuse making people I have ever dealt with. SEPT 8th UPDATE: Our pool is now floating three feet out of the ground! We have had a unfinished empty pool in the back yard since June 28th. Again they promised they would be here Tuesday Sept 6th. Then Wednesday Sept 7th. Allen Werner will promise you the world but once he has your deposit everything changes. Worse pool contractor in Florida!
