I perform a broad spectrum of home repair services from minor plumbing and electrical, drywall repair/Installation, Lighting installation, Appliance installation(NO APPLIANCE REPAIR), Rough and finish carpentry, Craftsman quality painting, Roof repair, Gutter repair, Door and Window installation and repair, To the Design and Construction of Custom Decks, Stairways and Walkways using materials from Exotic Hardwoods to all brands of Composite Decking and Railing Systems. I am not licensed as a general contractor, however my skill set is vast because I DO NOT USE SUB-CONTRACTORS, but perform all work myself to exacting standards which meet or exceed all local and state building codes. I have been in the building trades since 1979 and a licensed Contractor since 1990.
