Frank Fuentes Tree Trimming

This man took us for $190.00 dollars just like the other people. He trimmed some trees and said he would be back. Never returned. He had been doing this for years.

This scumbag old fart should receive zero stars. He charged me 240.00 dollars to remove a bush located in front of my house. He did not complete the job and told me he was tired and would come back the next day to complete the job. He never came back I only paid him half but he left a lot of trash behind. DONT HIRE THIS SCUMBAG.

He cam to the door wanting to trim my lemon tree and apply soil amendment for $160.00. He said that he need full payment inorder to get the materials to put under the tree. The trim job was marginal at best. Needless to say he never returned and attempts to contact his cell phone went unanswered. My wife told me he was crook and not to hire him but dum me I did. all I hear now is I told you so.

I am writing this email to report an incident last week (9.26.19) where Frank was driving the neighborhood in his unmarked white van looking to trim trees. He has solicited us in years past, but because we had a current need for tree trimming, told us he was an orborist,and because my wife had spoken with him before, we hired him to trim 4 trees and to come back with Amend soil treatment and to plant a tree we had in a pot. He said he did not need payment until the work was finished. He trimmed the trees slightly but now, because he had to buy the Amend, he asked for full payment of $200.00 cash. (He said that the bank would charge him $8.00 to cash a check). My wife paid him. He has never shown up back again. That night, I searched him name on Nextdoor and found that he had done this same scam on others in our Camarillo neighborhood
