Paul Prete is constantly changing his prices and finding new angles to increase his margins. Please find another builder or contractor that will treat you honestly. His price per square foot isn’t even competitive or comparable to other builders. When you find out that he’s too expensive, He tries to scheme by bundling land he owns into the deal that he cannot unload. He plays pious but his business is built on deceptive and unethical practices. Please avoid him, his wife, his daughter. Very advantageous family.
