Vernal HVAC was founded in 2004 in Roosevelt, UT by brothers Cade and Craig McKenna. Until now, our name has been Climax Heating & Air. The name Climax was a play on the words "climate" and "max". In fact our original tagline was "Taking Indoor Climate Control to the Max!" Cade later decided to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry and Craig has continued the tradition of excellent service. In 2009 Craig and his wife Lisa decided to move the business and their family to Vernal, UT, a decision they felt would be most beneficial to our growing clientele. It is our goal to prove that you don't have to settle when it comes to your home comfort. We know that a properly designed, installed and maintained system will consistently provide you and your family with many years of outstanding comfort. We also know that doing our job right means you never need to worry or even think about your furnace or air conditioner and we're ok with that. In fact, we take great pride in it. We opened our first retail location in the Market Drive Retail Plaza, we introduced our Extended Family Maintenance Plan, and we changed our name from Climax Heating to Vernal HVAC. The decision to change our name was not taken lightly. We feel that the new name, logo and tagline more accurately portray our vision to you, the customer.
