People like Mike Gerard quits a job and when confronted to finish he wants more money up front, how do people like this get away with these things and continue to work for a company like porch???????

When a person like Mike Gerard takes your money and does not finish a job he must need the money real bad so I guess this should be a lesson for me and Porch lets this person keep working for their company .

Mike Gerard is a very unsatisfactory Porch pro, in fact I would not consider him a pro at all. Mike does not seem to under stand responsibility, he does not stay with a contract and things come up missing, he buys materials with out your permission and he gets the wrong things and he wants your respect for these actions.

Mike Gerard does very poor work as he spends more time with people that spends more money. Mike built an addition to my travel trailer and the framed wall is very bowed and showing day light. When Mike does not want to do some thing as agreed he ignors you (goes in one year and out the other)I had to pull out the old carpet and move things around so he could drill a couple of holes which was his job, I had to level the trailer and make it stable and once again this was his job that he kept putting off. As there is much more I think you get the picture, I decided to take a loss and when I confronted him about my concerns I never heard from him again, good luck if you get this person for your project.
