Gave Bob Murphy a $1000 deposit summer 2015 for work on my porch. Work never happened, dragged him to Small Claims and got a judgment against him. However, since payment has not been made yet (as of July 22, 2016), it looks like I will have to hire a state marshal to collect. I ended up hiring a reputable carpenter and completed the project months ago. Typical half-baked contractor, all the excuses for why he can't perform and unfulfilled promises of making things right. Do not walk, RUN from this con man posing as a contractor.
