CRYSTAL POOLS

We want to thank Crystal Pools for the outstanding job they did on our swimming pool ! The pool is of excellent quality, on budget, and was completed a month ahead of the promised schedule. Most of the pool companies take much more time. From the day we signed our contract, Jimmy, the estimater/designer, gave us excellent advice, answered all our questions and has always been very responsive. There was no need to call them to know when they would come back to carry on with the work, they were at our home almost everyday. The work was very well coordinated between the specialized various teams. Each team was aware of the work they had to do, acted professionnaly and on top of this, everyone was very friendly. Our neighbors have given us several compliments regarding the pool quality and the short time it was built. Special thanks to Jimmy, Karen, Willy, Barry, Antonio and the rest of their team. our pool was filled a week ago tomorrow, unfortunately no one has shown up since to put chemicals in it. We have called several times since and I was contacted this morning from Dean that Jimmy would be here today and would call first. It's 6:30 PM now, and I have stayed home all day waiting. No phone call yet! I am disgusted beyond words. That's all for today,
