Dad & Sons Renovations

I initially contracted with Richard Roberts of Dad and Sons Renovations to do some repairs to the metal roof of my barn. Then I had him replace the metal roof on my house with an asphalt shingle roof. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products he uses and the quality of his work. Not only did I have him replace the roof; but, he repaired the leak spots on the ceiling inside the house too. Since the roof completion, I've contracted with him to replace all of the soffits, the gutters, the siding, the doors, and the windows on my house. The replacement windows were shorter than the original windows resulting in some inside drywall repair and touch up painting to be completed. This was accomplished with a minimum of mess and looks great. Richard knows what he is doing when it comes to renovations. He's also made some repairs on some sub quality work completed previously by another contractor. I would be remiss if I didn't add, be patient! Richard will get the work completed and do an A+ job. As an added bonus, he and his crew keep the mess cleaned up on a daily basis and remove all the construction debris from your site.
