S & S Custom Home Designs, Inc. has been providing house plans for home builders and individuals since 1996. We not only design custom homes but we construct them as well giving our company a unique perspective on the needs of the individual and the builder when it comes to attractive, efficient, and cost effective home designs. While we do have a large library of homes we have designed, drawing up a brand new custom house from scratch is something we specialize in. We have used S&S Custom Home Designs for several home improvement projects and were very pleased. They rebuilt our deck and added a screened in porch. The workmanship was high quality and Jack was very easy to work with. We plan to use him again for future projects.

Replaced sub floor, door and door frame that were damaged from water rot. Also put new metal roof on a barn. Used him several times for all types of home repair jobs.

Jack has helped me with several small to medium jobs. He has done several handy man type jobs, such as new door knobs, winterizing and helped me diagnose several air conditioning problems. He also installed laminate flooring for me. He always makes sure the job is done right and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the work before leaving. I would definitely recommend them.
