AAA Air Conditioning, Inc.'s purpose is to provide our customers with the highest quality commercial, residential, and industrial sales and service. We also bring this commitment to the field of commercial refrigeration. Further our purpose is to provide a quality work environment for our employees that provides them with challenges and the opportunity to succeed professionally. Ben Beck founded the company in January of 1982. At that time Mr. Beck was the only air conditioning service person operating from his home in the Victoria area. Later that same year Ben's son, Thomas, came on board to add his talents to the new business. In April of 1985, the shop was moved from Mr. Becks residence to 1101 N. Williams St. Another service person was hired that summer to handle AAA's growing business. Select employees have been hired over the years to assist the Beck's on their goal of offering quality sales and service to its growing list of customers. In 1989, the Becks made the decision to expand into Mechanical Contracting. They purchased the basic sheet metal equipment and added an installation person to their growing crew of hardworking dedicated employees. This department has grown rapidly under Thomas Beck's expert leadership. In 2004 the Beck's purchased the property the business is currently located on. AAA's general management philosophy is to be skillful managers and utilize modern methods, equipment, and ideas to effectively manage the company and to adhere to ethical practices. In simple terms, we are stating that, as Christians, we will not knowingly do dishonest or deceitful things and will endeavor to be truthful in all our dealings. It is the policy of this company to support our industry, community, and employees. Our organizational structure begins with our dedicated, hardworking service and work crews. The office staff helps keep us coordinated and operating smoothly. Donna Beck, our Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Office Manager, oversees all facets of the organization including customers, suppliers, personnel, government regulation, along with many other tasks. Thomas Beck is President and supervisor of our Air Conditioning Divisions, and Supervisor of the Commercial Refrigeration Division. AAA has positioned itself to be a leader in its field and to enjoy the expected growth of its geographical location.
