A Clean Pro

In 1988, after graduating from Serrano High school, Jim Francis set a goal of establishing a business in his hometown. Coming from a family of small business owners, Jim grew up always knowing he wanted to start his own business. He has always liked working with people and is a very service-oriented individual. Jim went to a trade show in Los Angeles and found Rug Doctor Pro and being a part of a service industry to be very attractive. Jim quickly realized that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing good service and did not seem to know a whole lot about cleaning either. That is when he decided that he wanted to start a carpet cleaning business that was run with integrity, honesty and professional attention.
