The client requested a new "modern chic" kitchen design on a budget. We reorganized the plan using some of the existing footprint and updated an old, dark, non-functional kitchen into a bright, open and modern functional kitchen with new oven, ventilation hood, convection microwave, and dishwasher. The original kitchen did not have an oven, ventilation hood or dishwasher. Our new design solved that and gave the client not only one built-in oven, but also an under-counter convection/microwave oven which can be used for baking, roasting, broiling, and popping popcorn. We also provided all materials for the project, including cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances and hardware. Whole-house also included.

Client's goal for this project was to modernize, open up, and gain more storage for the original kitchen with a transitional style. We designed a new layout keeping somewhat within the same footprint. In addition to the design, we sourced and procured cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, countertops, tile and flooring. Whole-house also designed.
