To whom it may concern, here it is in writing, that I am canceling your service. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism you displayed on the phone with me, your customer service and your duties to actually execute your service at my home. I have been called several times and I was tricked on the phone, about getting caught up in payments and that you continued the service and are still trying to charge me. The last time I paid you guys, I told you that I no longer wanted your services and that it is to end. At that time, no one I was speaking to told me that I have to send it in writing and I thought we were done. You said that because I was paid up because you charge 2 months at a time that the service guy would still come out. I thought for one last time. Not that you were going to keep charging me. I saw your service tech didn't even go into my backyard, where I have fire ants. As a business, you should be disappointed, in your employees that there business tactics are lewd, dirty and dishonest. You have no idea, normally I do not ever say anything bad about people, but after today's conversation, I am going to point out how dirty, nasty and shitty you guys are at branch 04..... On yelp, Facebook, Instagram and anywhere else I can find to let people know that they'd get better service from a 2 dollar hooker than at branch 04.
