Capitol Closet Design

worked with Capital Closets a few years ago to transform a spare bedroom into a closet/dressing room. The project was extensive, nearly six figures in cost. I have to admit that the closet is beautiful, however in the process of their work, an expensive item was broken (with no restitution offered) and I needed to have a few adjustments made that they agreed to complete. It has now been nearly two years and I am still waiting for them to respond to more than 10 emails/calls from me to complete these items. I am now at the point of calling another company to complete the job Capitol Closets was paid for! I have completely lost confidence in their ability to do what they say they are going to do. The craftsmanship was good, but I'm so disappointed in their customer service and lack of follow through that the best I can give them is one star. I have since talked to another of their clients and they reported the same issues. It seems like this may be a pattern.
