R Walter Engineering is a newly established engineering firm with over 30-years experience specializing in structural engineering of light commercial and residential structures. We have extensive hands-on experience with residential remodeling projects, so we are sensitive to the challenges that remodeling projects can bring. Mr. Walter is a native of NOVA, a graduate of Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in VA, NC, SC, GA and FL.

My situation was a structural and loading challenge in adding a dormer bathroom to an 80 year old Cape Cod.
