The 24HR Plumber LLC

Had major water leak. 30 minutes after the plumber Melvin left. What kind of plumber does not check the meter after fixing pipe leak. I checked the water meter and it was running like crazy. I called the owner Bonnie and she said she would send him out 1st thing the next day because 24 plumber only worked 9am to 5pm and no week-ends. He was a NOSHOW the next day. Bonnie said he simply did not show up for work. She was snapping at me that it was not her fault. She kept giving excuses for every day for a week, claiming her plumber said it was my problem. a toilet flapper leaking problem Finally Her plumber showed up for work 5 days later on a Friday and admitted the problem was major leak in pipes that they had originally repaired. He left my water running that day to show area leaking, promising to come back that day ASAP. He never came back. No courtesy call to turn the meter. Bonnie said sorry and that she would get a plumber out there ASAP Monday because 24hour plumber did not work past 5PMthey did not work week-ends either. The water leaked over 1200 gallons out because plumber did not come back as promised, or even call me to turn it off. Monday they finally fixed the major leak but failed to finish insulation of replaced PVC pipe. She suggested I do the work myself and just duct tape exposed pipes. I should not have to finish their work, because she has no reliable plumbers. Bonnie claimed that they had pictures of finished work. I offered pictures of the UNFINISHED work she could not see from their pic's . She refused to even look at the pictures, making excuses that her plumbers had called in sick this time. and had no ideal when they would be back. BUYER BEWARE. I paid them 2300 dollars up front per her request. which I thought was odd b4 the work was even started. She took the money and ran. I begged her to come see the work her self. to see the unfinished job. She hung up smirking saying " good luck finding a new plumber". She and her NO SHOW plumber Melvin did shoddy repairs and lied to me over and over. Well I called and scheduled a real plumber that would show up for work and hopefully do professional work and finish the job. I will see her in small claims court or hire a lawyer and bill her for his services. The new plumber is still laughing about her remark that I finish the work myself using duct tape. His remark " what idiot plumber uses that to insulate pipes".
