I worked with Phil Raphael (Select Carpeting) to install indoor/outdoor carpeting on my mother's balcony in a retirement community. It was a small job, but he was immediately responsive and very professional throughout the process. He picked up the carpet at the store and arrived to install it as scheduled. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend him.
