House of Gutters

My Splash guard had to be replaced after the snow storm last Jan. 2017 because the snow bent the splash guard they installed. They installed it together with my gutter last Oct. 2018 so it is still under warranty. I have called their company 6 times already requesting that they replace the splash guard they installed with my gutters last Oct. 18, 2016. They are still under warranty. A week later no one has still returned my call. It is getting frustrating already how quick they are to respond when I was going to get a gutter estimate, but now that I need something theyve installed fixed, they are not giving me a call back. What is the point of having a warranty if you are not willing to honor it anyway?

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! - Mr. Lyons and his House of Gutters were caught by me trying substitute an inferior gutter guard in place of the Rhino gutter guards that were spelled out on my contract. With help from the manufacture, they made sure he provided the correct gutter guards. House of Gutters however, installed them incorrectly. There are also other problems with the gutters he installed. I Made several calls to the company. Mr. Lyons has taken the cowardly approach and does not return my calls. It appears he's not going to honor the warranty as stated in the contract. BUYERS BEWARE! Stay away from House of Gutters! FYI Rhino Gutter Guard has removed House of Gutters as an authorized dealer of their product!
