It appeared that he would be able to complete all of the jobs we listed. He reported that he could complete the job in 2 weeks as we are trying to list our house for sell. Unfortunately communication was poor. Oftentimes we were left unsure of if he was even coming. My husband had to literally ask him over the weekend if he was coming. He said he was but did NOT show Saturday or Sunday.The communication was very poor. When he did communicate there was always some other story or excuse “another job”, waiting on parts to come in from a job he knew about over 2 weeks ago, etc. All of this we dealt with only for the job to still not be completed. We now have to push back the listing of our home. In a two week time frame, he came to our home twice. His “team” did a lot more than he did. Out of our long list of repairs, he only installed a microwave. On the contrary, his uncle whom he asked to paint our home has been a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again. The guy he sent over to our home to do the deck was good. Bottom line: prices are good but I wouldn’t hire him for a big project. Leave it to just a simple microwave installation. It’s so unfortunate because we were really trying to support smh. If our job was too big all you had to do was just say so.
