Jerry's Landscaping Svc

Jerry Comes off as a polite gentleman. I acquired an estimate back on June 8th, 2018. I was hesitant at first because he seemed to be having a lot going on in his life. So I waited to pay my half to the project for about 20 days, then I pulled the trigger because he seemed eager to get the work done. Giving Jerry the benefit of the doubt, there were many weeks where it had rained, and the work could not be completed as scheduled. After months of waiting, I had to contact Jerry to see when he could fit me on the schedule. Its November, December time frame and he sends me text messages that he will get done on a specific week on several instances. I'm a patient man, but the job is now 5-6 months overdue. I go on vacation for the Holidays hoping that when I return the job is complete. Nothing happened, so in January, I buy all the items needed to do the job myself and complete the work in a week. I Jerry before February and ask him to return my money for services not provided. He states " I can still do the job." I reply by telling him that "I did the job myself and to please return my money." Jerry responds by telling me that he does not have the type of cash on hand and he will need to pay me back in installments as I did. I give him a deadline of April 20th, which has come and gone and have not seen any of my hard earned money. Anyone looking for services to be provided by Jerry, beware he's going to take your money and run.
